On Sunday, March 29, our annual 2-on-2 Basketball Tournament is happening right after church at the outdoor basketball court!

Whether you're playing, sponsoring, or cheering from the sidelines, you’re helping invest in the next generation.

This tournament exists for one reason: to send kids to camp.

When you give to our Kids Camp Fund, you help us:

• Remove financial barriers so no child misses camp because of money

• Support our team leaders by covering their registration as they serve our kids

• Cover transportation costs for a camp that’s over three hours away

Every dollar raised helps create space for kids to grow in faith, build friendships, and encounter Jesus in a real way.

📅 Event Details

• Format: Single Elimination (8 TEAMS)

• Location: Basketball Court (after church)

• Ages: 12–112

• Cost: $40 per team

• Team Size: 2 players

• Games: 12 minutes per game (half-time is two minutes)

• Break Between Games: 3 minutes

📖 Rules & What to Expect

This is competitive, but it’s also FUN. We want great basketball and great attitudes.

Game Format

• Half-court play (not full court)

• 6-minute halves

• 3-minute transition between games

• Single elimination — lose and you're out

Possession Rules

• After a made basket, the other team inbounds at the top of the court

• If a foul is called, the opposing team receives the ball to inbound at the top of the court

Timeouts

• Each team receives one 30-second timeout per game

Uniforms

• Teams must wear matching clothes

• Sponsored teams must wear approved sponsor uniforms

Sportsmanship

• No arguing with referees

• No profanity

• Violations of conduct rules may result in game forfeiture

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can adults and teens be on the same team?

Yes, as long as both players are 12 or older.

What skill level is this for?

All levels are welcome. Just be ready for fast games and real competition. There’s always a mix of experienced players and inexperienced players. Some games will be very competitive and there is a chance for some blowouts.

What happens if it rains?

We will communicate any weather adjustments in advance.

How many teams can enter?

We have an 8 - team bracket. Once we have confirmed 8 teams, registration will close.

How are sponsors selected?

Sponsors must apply. Approval is based on availability and alignment. Sponsorship details are included in the application link.

When do uniforms need to be finalized?

Details will be provided after registration/sponsorship approval.
